    Absolutely not — your wig and shipping are both completely free!

  • I have some wigs from my cancer journey — do you accept donations?

    We’re so grateful for your kindness, but sadly, we don’t (due to strict hygiene and safety guidelines).

  • Do you accept human hair donations, or know of organizations that do?

    Sadly, we’re not able to take human hair donations or suggest places that do right now. Thanks for understanding!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We wish we could, but we’re only able to ship within the United States.

  • Is The Butterfly Club a registered nonprofit, and is my donation tax-deductible?

    Yes — The Butterfly Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 45-5075094), so donations are tax-deductible.

  • How do I request a wig from The Butterfly Club?

    Just visit our “Request a Wig” page, send us the needed info, and we’ll set up a quick FaceTime or WhatsApp call!

  • How long does it take to receive my wig?

    1 to 5 days, we ship wigs right after your request and call.
